We often have clients telling us that they love that we serve our water with lemon. In fact, we have had many comment that they would drink water more often if they started adding lemon at home.
So we thought we would share with you our tip on making it easier to include lemon water into your daily routine.
We usually start with a big batch of lemons (saves the back and forth to the store)
Make sure you thoroughly clean the exterior of the lemon (remember this is going into your water too).
Next slice them all up into rounds and remove as many of the seeds as you can.
Place the slices onto a baking sheet, try not to overlap as they will stick together.
Place the baking sheet into the freezer and leave until frozen. Approximately 1-2 hours.
After they are frozen take them off the baking sheet and place them in a re-sealable bag.
And there you go! It’s as easy as adding ice cubes to your water, and in fact helps to keep you water cold!
