We are currently looking for a 2200-hour Registered Massage Therapist to join our team in West Edmonton.

Current Shifts Available

We are specifically looking to fill:

Monday evenings: 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Fridays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About 3 Leaf Wellness Centre

3 Leaf is a wellness centre in West Edmonton specializing in massage therapy. We have 5 beautiful treatment rooms, an infrared sauna, red light therapy and a retail space featuring a variety of local and Canadian products.

But what really makes 3 Leaf special is our team.

We have a strong group of dedicated RMTs who genuinely care about our clients and each other. Each therapist brings their own personality, experience, and approach to treatment, and we love that our clients can find someone who feels like the right fit for them.

We also have full-time receptionists who help take care of your clients before and after their appointments. They greet clients, handle paperwork, process payments, schedule appointments, and keep the clinic clean and organized.

And perhaps best of all…

They do your laundry!

Our reception team allows you to focus on what you do best… providing great care to your client, while they take care of the behind-the-scenes details.

The Kind of RMT We’re Looking For

Our clientele typically enjoys a combination of therapeutic and relaxation massage, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with deeper pressure while also being able to incorporate relaxation into their treatments.

We’re looking for an RMT who is adaptable and understands that every client is different. Some clients come in wanting complete quiet and relaxation, while others enjoy conversation and building a connection with their therapist. We value someone who can naturally adjust their approach to create a comfortable and personalized experience for each person.

Additional modalities such as cupping, hot stones, reflexology, etc. are considered an asset.

Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who is confident in their skills, enjoys working with a variety of clients, and brings a warm, professional approach to their treatments.

60/40 commission split, plus tips
Full-time reception support
Reception handling client check-in/out, scheduling and payments
Laundry taken care of by our reception team

Massage therapists are responsible for providing their own oil/lotion and any additional tools used during treatment. A transaction fee is charged for payment processing.

What You Bring

Massage Therapy Diploma with a minimum of 2200 hours
Valid Health Enhancement Practitioner Licence with the City of Edmonton
Strong verbal communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Commitment to the scheduled shifts
Willingness to occasionally mask based on client preference or illness
