Robin & Linda celebrate 20 years!

We want to take a moment and recognize a big milestone for two of our team.

Congratulations to Robin and Linda on 20 years as massage therapists!!

To make it 20 years in this industry is only possible when you love this work.

It takes passion and purpose and caring deeply about helping people… to show up everyday and give so much of yourselves.

You have to be resilient… to be able to hold space for your clients… no matter what you are going through. And there are times it’s hard to do. To be present and ready to support your clients… physically and emotionally… when your own world isn’t ok.

You have to be strong… able to work through your own aches and pains .. to help take away the aches and pains of others.

You have to be passionate and curious… always learning new ways to work and grow as a therapist. It’s easy to fall into routines… but the really special ones never stop being amazed at what we can do with our hands.. and how we can help.

And mostly.. you really have to do this for the people on our tables.

This isn’t an easy job to do. It is physical and can be emotional. It is challenging and isn’t always treated with the respect it deserves.

But it is so rewarding.

To watch the transformation of a client after a session.

To be trusted, with something as vulnerable as physical touch… especially in a world that lacks connection.

To meet and work with so many amazing people. People who we get the pleasure of seeing on such a regular basis .. that it feels as if we are a part of your journey. We listen to the stories of your lives.. and are there with you when you celebrate the big moments.. the weddings, the birth of your children.. when you get pets and open businesses and of course all the trips.

And we navigate a lot of the hard stuff too.. the losses, the illness and all of the stress.

It is a profession that is all about connection. And these two amazing therapists really know this. Which can making booking in with them a bit of a challenge

So here’s to 20 years.

Thank you for letting us be such a big part of your massage journey.

For inspiring and supporting the next generation of therapists.

But mostly for all of the hours spent doing the work you were both so clearly meant to do.
